FAQ
IIOTMY is an OEM white-label IIoT-MES platform from Jiufeng Zhichuang (Shenzhen) Information Co., Ltd. (N9Dev) for industrial hardware vendors (gateways, DTUs, sensors). It supports SaaS trial, OEM branding (logo and domain only—no source code), and private image deployment (customer-owned data; customer-run ops). It serves hardware vendors for branded value-add—not end factories buying shop-floor MES. Enterprise review usually finishes in 1–2 business days; after approval we send tenant console URL, account hints, and docs (no plaintext passwords on the public site).
Who is this for? We make gateways, not factories—are we a fit?
Yes. IIOTMY serves industrial hardware vendors (gateways, DTUs, sensors) for OEM branding and cloud value-add—not end factories buying shop-floor MES. Vendors use it to sell “hardware + white-label platform” bundles.
How is this different from ThingsBoard-style open/generic IoT platforms?
ThingsBoard-class platforms are generic IIoT bases that often need heavy custom work to become a sellable branded product. IIOTMY is OEM white-label IIoT-MES for hardware vendors: logo/domain, protocol integration, and bundle premium—not a full factory MES.
Does OEM branding include source code or our own copyright?
No. OEM branding swaps logo, domain, and login UI only—no source code. Copyright stays with Jiufeng Zhichuang (Shenzhen) Information Co., Ltd. (N9Dev). It is not a copyright transfer.
After private deployment, who owns data and who runs servers?
Data belongs to the customer. Servers, backup, and security ops are the customer’s; managed ops need a separate contract. We deliver image packages and manuals—no source code.
How long is trial review? Are passwords posted on the website?
Enterprise review usually takes 1–2 business days. Integration URL and account hints are sent privately. Public site and marketing must never show plaintext passwords.
Can we sell only hardware and let factories buy the platform themselves?
Channel/bundle strategies are fine, but IIOTMY’s contracts and narrative target hardware vendors and integrators—not factory MES lead-gen on the marketing site.
Which protocols? Our DTU uses MQTT; sensors use Modbus—can we connect?
MQTT and Modbus TCP/RTU are supported; OPC UA can be project-adapted; HTTP API and private protocols via custom integration. See the hardware page tables.
How is pricing? Is there a public list price?
SaaS evaluation opens free after approval; OEM branding and private image are quoted per project—no public catalog. Apply or call sales for a proposal.
Can we call or add WeCom instead of filling a form?
Yes. Call 400-999-0932 or email iiotmy@n9dev.com with your hardware category and intent; sales can schedule WeCom.
Are the website images factory MES screenshots?
No. Marketing emphasizes hardware OEM branding; live business UI is available after trial approval. Super-admin is not open to the public.
